Shipping & Returns

At Enfusion Nutrition you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. That is longer than the law requires: as a consumer in the European Union you always have at least 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

To start a return:

• Contact us at support@enfusionnutrition.com with your order number, and we will send you a return label.
• Pack the items securely, in the original packaging or a suitable alternative box.
• Attach the return label to the package, and remove or cover any old shipping labels.
• Drop the package off at the parcel point named on your return label.
• Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

• Products must come back with all supplied accessories and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, sealed nutrition products cannot be returned once the seal is broken. This is the exception the law allows for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to you.
• Enfusion Nutrition is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit. Use the tracking number on your return label.

When you return a product you receive a refund of the order amount. A part of the return shipping cost is deducted from that refund: the total return shipping fee is €6.95, of which €2.95 is subtracted from your refund. Returns travel at your own risk.

We process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it arrives in good condition and meets the conditions above. Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout.

We ship from the Netherlands to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Standard delivery times:

• Netherlands — 1 to 2 business days.
• Belgium — 2 to 3 business days.
• Germany — 2 to 3 business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are shipped the same day.

Shipping rates: Netherlands €4,95 · Belgium €9,95 · Germany €12,95.

Free shipping applies to orders over €60 delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. The exact shipping cost is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship to these three countries only. If your country is not in the list above we cannot deliver your order yet.
