Orders within the Netherlands arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Orders to Belgium and Germany take 2 to 3 business days.

Orders over EUR 60 shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany qualify for free shipping. Below EUR 60 a flat shipping rate applies, shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to these three countries only.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status from your account dashboard.

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Other destinations, inside or outside the EU, cannot be delivered at this time — we are working on expanding our delivery network.

You can return any order within 30 days of receiving it. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Start your return through the return button on our website.

The return shipping fee is EUR 6.95. Of that, EUR 2.95 will be deducted from your refund. The remaining EUR 4.00 is covered by us.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The money is returned to the original payment method you used at checkout.

Contact our support team immediately at support@enfusionnutrition.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
